Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship our products.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracked Delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the UK.

Delivery Delays

  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather).

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

  • We will work quickly to resolve problems, whether that means replacing items, sending out missing pieces, or issuing a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Address Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
